1. The AI system

It meets the AI Act definition of an AI system

A machine-based system that infers outputs from inputs (not simple rules).

It operates in the EU

Placed on the EU market, put into service in the EU, or its output is used in the EU.

2. Your role

Provider — we develop / place the AI system on the market

Deployer — we use the AI system in our operations

Distributor — we make the system available in the supply chain

Importer — we bring a non-EU system into the EU market

Product manufacturer — AI is embedded in our product

Authorised representative of a non-EU provider

We rebrand, substantially modify, or change the intended purpose of a high-risk system (this makes us a provider — Art. 25)

3. Prohibited practices (Article 5)
